  I have been a full time Culinary Instructor at Schoolcraft College for over 23 years.  I work with a team of experts and Master Chefs who are committed to giving the best quality instruction with the highest level of professionalism. 

  Our facilities have six state of the art, fully equipped kitchens specifically designed to provide an educational environment for students and community members.
