Quick Pickle Recipe
Cucumber spears 1 1/2 quarts
Apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 cups
Purified water 1 1/2 cups
Honey 4 Tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 1/2 Tbsp
Pickling spice 1 Tbsp
Celtic sea salt 1 Tbsp
Celery seed 1/2 tsp
1) Pack spears in glass jar.
2)Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
3)Pour mixture over the spears.
4)Cover with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
